Truth and lies are such fluid things. Someone heard something and told someone and next thing you know, there it is in the LA Weekly, and then on a dozen blogs. Venice is a small town. But so what? All towns are small. Stalkers and artists, plagiarists and writers, good neighbors and bad. ARGs and human tragedies. Burned bridges and terrorized associates. Commissions, curators, agents and friends. Defenders and defamers. Celebrities and nobodies. You. And me.
